What's in a name? Sedosa means "silky," and the name refers to the wine's soft taste. The Sedosa Blanco is made from indigenous grapes—Viura and Verdejo—and the international Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The wine has both tropical aromas and fresh, clean aromas. Think grapefruit and ripe peach, but also gooseberry and grassy notes. Every effort is made to preserve the fresh character of the grapes.

The grapes are planted at an altitude of 500 to 600 meters, the harvest is harvested at night, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This Spanish wine is excellent as an aperitif or uncomplicated aperitif, but also has a wide range of culinary uses. It pairs beautifully with fresh salads and pan-fried whitefish with salsa verde, for example.
