This exquisite and very rare 30 year old Single Malt from the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay is one of only 212 bottles from Cask No 2283. We have the privilage of a very, very, very limited number of bottles so be quick as they wont be around forever.
Nose: Focussed with hints of espresso, dark chocolate truffles and caramel. Then toasted notes with linseed and extra virgin olive oil.
Palate: Delicate texture, lightly creamy vanilla broadens into panna cotta, chocolate truffles and espresso. Then crisp toasted notes usher in malty, digestive biscuits and linseed. A finale of orange marmalade on buttery, well-done toast.
Finish: Juicy fruit and balancing dryness, with a medley of figs, light oak, toasted notes, espresso, raisins and chocolate truffles.
