Description

The Springbank 10YO – 2026 Release has matured in a combination of 60% bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks. The bourbon casks bring out fresh fruit notes, vanilla, and honey, while the sherry casks provide added depth and warm, spicy accents. The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill-filtration or added coloring. The result is a versatile single malt that brings together malty sweetness, fruit, light smoke, and the characteristic coastal, salty influences of Campbeltown.

Tasting Note
On the nose, this Springbank opens with fresh and lively aromas of gooseberries, ripe mango, and juicy grapes. Underlying these are notes of malt, vanilla pods, and honeycomb, creating a pleasant combination of fruity freshness and soft sweetness. In the background, there is a subtle hint of peat smoke, accompanied by a slightly salty aroma reminiscent of the Scottish coast.

On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and rich, offering a fine balance between sweet, fruity, and spicy elements. Notes of oatmeal, malted barley, and juicy orange form the foundation.
