With more than half Akkeshi malt, this whiskey was aged for over three years on a hill overlooking the Bay of Akkeshi. In Daikan (the height of winter), the city of Akkeshi is shrouded in
a world of temperatures well below freezing.
Tasting Note: Orange tea, brown sugar, strawberry, lemon, sweet and sour citrus flavor, sea salt,
white pepper, lingering bitter cocoa and chocolatey sweetness.
