Table Whisky is a Single Grain whisky, bottled by the Port of Leith Distillery. It's a blend of whiskies from Edinburgh's neighbours, North British, matured two-thirds in virgin oak casks and one-third in sherry casks. It's highly drinkable, well-priced, and a fitting tribute to the table wine tradition! The virgin oak adds a fresh, vibrant character and enhances the rich vanilla notes of the grain. The result is a delicious table whisky, perfect for summer, with notes of toffee popcorn and raspberry pavlova, generously spread with buttercream, and topped with gingerbread, vanilla, and cinnamon. This is delicious! Bottled at 43% ABV.
Nose: Raspberry, buttercream, cinnamon, apple pie, and a hint of Parma violet.
Palate: Gingerbread, toffee popcorn, red berries, vanilla, oak spice, and pepper.
Finish: Rich and creamy.
