Nose: Honey, lemon drizzle cake and quince. Hints of tobacco, but the sweet notes dominate.
Palate: Vanilla-rich oak take the spotlight, supported by candied peels and roasted almonds.
Finish: Pear drops and flaky pastry. A touch of caraway heat.
