This sparkling Brut is made using the Charmat method, giving the wine a sparkling fruity style which combines with fruit from a variety of valleys across Chile. The Pinot Noir adds a bouquet of strawberry and flowers while contributing to volume on the palate. The aromatic component comes from the Sauvignon Blanc by supporting citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon. The Semillon provides a bouquet of green melon and apple and contributes to the unctuosity of the final blend. The Riesling provides it with elegance and a bouquet of flowers and white peach. The second fermentation process ensures plenty of bubbles with aromas of bread and yeast.
