Tasting Notes Whisky 1770 Glasgow Constantia Wine Cask
Nose: Notes of fresh apricot, ripe peach, juicy clementine and rich vanilla lead to light floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle.
Palate: The palate is a juicy explosion of fresh fruit balanced by the floral and rich manuka honey. Notes of sweet pink grapefruit and ripe peach are accompanied by apricot compote and vanilla ice cream, with a sweet almond nutty undertone.
Finish: The finish is long and fruity with lingering notes of light honey sweetness, a hint of fresh ginger and a touch of dark chocolate (80% cocoa).
