Rum-Bar Gold is a blend of rums all distilled and aged at Worthy Park Estate. All of the rums in this blend are aged for a minimum of 4 years in American white oak barrels that previously held bourbon. Rum-Bar Gold is distilled in a 100% copper, double retort pot still manufactured in Scotland by Forsyths. Tropical aging at the estate contributes to the rum's maturity and full flavor.
Sweet notes of stewed apples and banana, followed by custard and light vanilla. Fruit dominates the palate while the four years of aging results in a long, mellow finish.
