Produced by the Midleton Distillery, this whiskey is matured in a combination of bourbon casks, sherry casks and Spanish Malaga wine casks. This creates a complex and rich taste experience. The name “Yellow Spot” refers to the tradition of marking casks with colored dots to indicate the age of the whiskey. This 12-year-old variant is known for its balance and depth, with a refined blend of sweetness and spice.
