The Glen Scotia 5 Years Old 2019 Exclusive Cask Specially Selected for the Netherlands is a 5-year-old Campbeltown single malt from the Glen Scotia distillery, bottled exclusively for the Netherlands. This release was distilled in 2019 and matured in two first-fill Oloroso hogsheads. These were bottled in March 2025 at 56.5% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added color, as a limited release of 334 bottles.
Nose: Vibrant aromas of pineapple, honeydew melon, and banana, topped with a hint of caramelized demerara sugar and spicy ginger.
Palate: Rich layers of raisins baked in puff pastry, dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar, harmoniously combined with notes of vanilla ice cream.
Finish: Long and powerful, with a fresh sea breeze and maritime saltiness that gives it a typical Campbeltown character.
