The Cabernet Sauvignon for this wine comes from high-altitude plots around Limoux and along the Pyrenees. The lower temperatures and poor soil here in the far south of the Languedoc make for smaller but deeply concentrated harvests.
Velvety, creamy wine with a golden yellow colour and aromas of ripe apples, vanilla, roasted nuts and a buttery note. The taste is full and elegant with a wonderfully long finish. Versatile wine! Delicious with canapés with homemade hummus or baba ganoush
