On the nose, it opens subtly yet sweetly spiced, with burnt mixed citrus tones and a cereal based grist. On the taste, distinct burnt orange zest with an unusual drift of smoke, ahead of fruit toffees. Finishing with a hint of smoke, plus cereal and sugary cinnamon dusted baked apples.
