A 2005 Caol Ila single malt from bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for 15 years before being bottled in October 2020 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of salty driftwood, cured meats and aromatic herbs fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange, lemon shortbread, charred oak and juicy mango throughout the palate.
