Expect the unexpected with Timorous Beastie's limited edition cask strength. Only 3600 produced!
Nose: Light notes of lemon zest and Greek yogurt at the beginning, but also vanilla and notes of butterscotch and banana custard. Somewhat meaty too. Finally some hints of white chocolate.
Palate: Soft notes of canned pineapple and marzipan, followed by barley husks and quinces, but also some dried grass. A touch of fennel, sugar of almonds and cloves.
Finish: A pinch of anise and ripe red apple. Finally white chocolate. Medium length and nice nice and shaped flavours. A marriage of single cask single malts exclusively from the Scottish highlands.
