The controlled appellation Petit Chablis adorns this wine. Fèvre manages a south-west oriented plot of seven hectares in which the strictly selected chardonnay is grown wood-free into a wine with a beautiful fresh bouquet with lime, grapefruit, floral influences from the calcareous soil and an exemplary minerality.
