3X distilled alcohol obtained from 100% grapes from the Aegean region. With each distillation, the best part of the distilled alcohol (called 'Göbek' in Turkish - meaning belly -) is kept and re-distilled for the perfect purity and smoothness of alcohol.
We also set standards when it comes to Beylerbeyi Incirden (Raki) distillate and remain true to our philosophy of offering our customers only the best. Beylerbeyi Incirden is not raki, it is a distillate made from figs but is made exactly the same as raki
Beylerbeyi Kalecik Karası is made from Kalecik Karası black grapes and is produced in limited quantities only once a year. It is written on the front of the vintage bottle label. Neither ethyl alcohol nor sugar is used in the production process.
